∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops marketing strategy for traditional media, social & digital networks by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
∎ Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
∎ Plans and executes SMS, email, social media, newspaper, TV, and display advertising campaigns
∎ Designs, builds, improves and maintains our social media presence.
∎ Creates and nurtures company's public relations through various media including newspaper, TV, radio, digital, etc.
∎ Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all traditional media and digital marketing campaigns and assesses performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Builds and improves relationship with clients and partners
∎ Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
∎ Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
∎ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
∎ Completes media and digital communications department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
∎ Motivate media and digital marketing team to achieve their goals
∎ Well connected with print media, television, radio and digital media's concern business & creative heads.
∎ Have the capacity to manage 20+ team members.
∎ Have Successful track record and business portfolio in media and digital communications field.

∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
∎ Creating and maintaining media and client relationships
