Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To cooking delicious foods.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for achieving food and beverage goals and supports the achievement of the company goals.
∎ Manage all culinary, food, and beverage operations. Provide excellent customer service to all (Local & Foreign) guests.
∎ Supervising food cooking in exclusive Dining as per standard for foreign guest, Local VIP guest & Honorable Directors.
∎ Ensure daily kitchen operation.
∎ Cooking & manage the kitchen related entire operation.
∎ Plan new and update existing menus.
∎ Response quickly and proactively to employee's concerns. Encourage and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
∎ Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; demonstrate honesty/integrity.
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
∎ Ensuring guest facilities are processed accurately.
∎ Undertaking various kitchen-related tasks and help the kitchen if any problem arises including delivery of food to guest.
∎ To forecast and make sure correct food stock levels are in place on a daily basis.
∎ Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
∎ Perform any other tasks assign by Management.
