Responsibilities & Context:
রান্নাঘরের সার্বিক ব্যবস্থাপনার দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
বাংলাদেশী খাবার (ডাল, শাকসবজি, মাছ, মাংস,ডিম, বিরানি,খিচুরি,হালিম ইত্যাদি) রান্নায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
Prepare and cook meals (breakfast, lunch, Dinner, and snacks) সুস্বাদু এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর বাংলা খাবার প্রস্তুত করা।
খাবার তৈরিতে রান্নাঘরের অন্যান্য কর্মীদের কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।
খাবার তৈরিতে সঠিক রেসিপি অনুসরণ করা এবং নিশ্চিত করন যে, সমস্ত খাবার যথাযথ মান অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে কিনা।
রান্নাঘরের সমস্ত সরঞ্জাম সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা, পরিষ্কার করা এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত ও পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা।
রান্নাঘরের দৈনন্দিন স্টক বজায় রাখা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পণ্যের সরবরাহের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করা।
বাসার রান্নাঘরের কাজের আভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
