• Minimum SSC preferred.

• Professional cooking training or hotel/restaurant certification will be an added advantage.

• Experience in factory canteen, hotel, or guest house will be preferred.

1. Prepare regular Bangla meals such as rice, lentils, vegetables, fish, and meat.

2. Prepare foreign dishes including Chinese, Thai, Indian, Continental, and fast food items.

3. Cook food according to the approved menu and ensure timely serving.

4. Prepare food for office meetings, guest entertainment, and special occasions.

5. Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards during food preparation.

6. Keep the kitchen, cooking utensils, and storage areas clean at all times.

7. Store raw materials properly following FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

8. Assist in preparing raw materials, spices, and ingredients for cooking.

9. Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment such as gas stoves, ovens, and cooking tools.

10. Maintain personal hygiene, wear uniform, hair cover, and protective gear as required.
