∎ Masters in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
∎ FCA / CA.
∎ Additional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Strong strategic and analytical thinking·
∎ Expertise in IFRS, BSEC, NBR, VAT laws, and Companies Act·
∎ Financial modeling, capital structuring, and valuation experience·
∎ Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills·
∎ Analytical and Decision making ability.
∎ Cost and Inventory Management.
∎ Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English).
∎ Experience & Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
∎ Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund.
∎ Conduct financial monitoring of the office.
∎ Handle Internal/External Audit of the company and prepare management response on audit findings.
∎ Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
∎ Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee all financial reporting
∎ Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
∎ Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
∎ Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decisions.
∎ Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
∎ Support strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and capital expansion.
∎ Location: Chattogram (Farzana Group) Head office
