Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development, implementation and monitoring of overall strategy to get funds at minimum costs from local/ foreign sources other than domestic banks and non-banking financial institutions of Bangladesh.
∎ You will be responsible for inviting Lenders, Investors, Investment Bankers, Due Diligence / Tax / Legal Advisors in relation to and incidental to any transaction as well as communicating with them to get the funds or related assistance.
∎ Guide, monitor and advise overall Group for the required readiness for a transaction situation.
∎ Lead the team to prepare suitable Corporate Profile (paper/ video form), Teaser, Confidential Information Memorandum, Financial Projections, etc. those would be required by the prospective investors.
∎ Foreign Candidates are also encouraged to apply for the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Should have experience at least 10 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'Chief Business Officer' for 03 years in any renowned Industry/ in home or abroad.
∎ Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Have more than 10 years of global Corporate Finance and Valuation experience working with large MNC’s and /or Big 4 Consulting Firms
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
