∎ Preference will be given to those with previous working experience in Tobacco Company.
∎ Experience in managing a team and leading financial projects.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladeshi tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
∎ Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must know how to prepare financial statements.
∎ Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
∎ Develop and maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
∎ Lead budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company goals.Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investments to ensure the company's financial stability.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
∎ Coordinate external audits, tax filing, and compliance requirements with local authorities.
∎ Monitor and manage tax obligations, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh tax laws.
∎ Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support to various business units.
∎ Must know how to prepare financial statements.
