Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Understanding of ETP design principles, chemical treatment, and wastewater process engineering.
• Ability to prepare process drawings, mass-balance calculations, and system evaluations.
• Environmental impact assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance monitoring.
• Clear technical writing skills for reports and assessments.

Qualifications

• Previous ETP or industrial wastewater experience is a big advantage.

We’re looking for someone who understands how an Effluent Treatment Plant actually works, not just on paper but in real operations. What this really means is you’ll design and optimize treatment processes, review chemical dosing plans, and make sure the plant meets compliance without wasting time or resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review ETP process flow, chemical dosing systems, and treatment stages.
• Develop or revise Environmental Management Plans that are practical and easy to implement.
• Conduct site investigations and prepare Environmental Investigation and Assessment reports.
• Troubleshoot process issues and suggest improvements based on data.
• Ensure all designs and reports follow local regulations and international standards.
• Work with operations teams to make sure the plant performs consistently.
