Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare menu and food costing with proper recipe.
∎ Oversee kitchen operations with the organization's standards.
∎ Supervise junior chefs, relying on knowledge acquired over the years and in line with policies of the organization.
∎ Provide the all-important training to newly recruited cooks and take note of how they progress.
∎ Ensure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed and documented correctly at all times and all food handlers maintain safe personal hygiene.
∎ Identifying any potential food hazards and putting control measures in place to prevent them.
∎ Handling any issues of noncompliance when they arise and design & maintain a food safety program to establish a unique brand image.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
∎ Capability to supervise staffs.
