• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Prepare daily the items for buffet, ala cart and banquet Service, ensure highest quality all times.

• Control of cost and waste.

• Supervise helpers

• Assist in ordering suppliers of market list in accordance with quality and quantity standards.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work station.

• Double check the receipt of daily requisitions

• Ensure Optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain effective employee relation

• Personal appearance and grooming according the hotel policy.

• Maintain a constant watch over banquet guarantees and changes.

• Inform on a daily basis the production and all relevant information in operational and personal matters, including information which does not require the executive sous Chef action.

• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.

• Assist production with inspection of physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and scheduled

• Ensure optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.

• Any other job assigned by the management.
