Experience:
Prepare daily the items for buffet, ala cart and banquet Service, ensure highest quality all times.
Control of cost and waste.
Supervise helpers
Assist in ordering suppliers of market list in accordance with quality and quantity standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work station.
Double check the receipt of daily requisitions
Ensure Optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Establish and maintain effective employee relation
Personal appearance and grooming according the hotel policy.
Maintain a constant watch over banquet guarantees and changes.
Inform on a daily basis the production and all relevant information in operational and personal matters, including information which does not require the executive sous Chef action.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
Assist production with inspection of physical aspects of all kitchen areas, cold rooms and scheduled
Ensure optimum performance in all points to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Any other job assigned by the management.
