Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role of the Channel Executive is focused on selling and increasing sales for a company's products.
∎ Ensure right MD selection for business & give proper guidence to ensure company requirements.
∎ Ensure proper investment of MD partner's to serve assigned area Retails for meeting company objective.
∎ Give Training to MD ESR/DSR team about product & how to ensure successful sales call.
∎ Monitoring MD ESR/DSR team’s performance and motivating them to reach target by maintaining stock Norms at Key retail and GRT
∎ Identify new business opportunities to sell products in assigned MD area.
∎ Ensure ST1 target achievement of assigned MD every month without fail.
∎ Analyzing sales figure and take corrective measure for achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly ST target.
∎ A Channel Executive needs to keep track of market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategy as needed.
