Education:
Completed secondary education from an accredited institution.
Responsibilities:
Support the Site Development (SD) team to create Cash for Work (CFW) labor profile using KoBo tool.
Assist the SD team for compilation of data of CFW activities and share with relevant team.
Support the SD team for verification and consolidation of CFW labor list.
Assign CFW labor as per request of the supervisor and maintain the rotation policy.
Maintain CFW labor attendance using KoBo tool for all activity in camp level on daily basis.
Support Information Management (IM) Team in the field level for verifying the bi-weekly CFW payment beneficiary list.
Support finance unit in CFW payment process.
Facilitate community meetings and other form of participatory approaches such cash for work in relation to site level care and maintenance activities
Support in documentation
Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
