  • Experience in a refugee camp is a plus.
  • Good communication skill in local language.
  • Good communication skill, organizational and reporting skills.
  • Experience with a humanitarian organization is a plus, and particularly experience in the field of communication.
  • Fluency in English and Bangla is required (oral and written). Fluency in Chittagonian Language.


Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Development (SD) team to create Cash for Work (CFW) labor profile using KoBo tool.

  • Assist the SD team for compilation of data of CFW activities and share with relevant team.

  • Support the SD team for verification and consolidation of CFW labor list.

  • Assign CFW labor as per request of the supervisor and maintain the rotation policy.

  • Maintain CFW labor attendance using KoBo tool for all activity in camp level on daily basis.

  • Support Information Management (IM) Team in the field level for verifying the bi-weekly CFW payment beneficiary list.

  • Support finance unit in CFW payment process.

  • Facilitate community meetings and other form of participatory approaches such cash for work in relation to site level care and maintenance activities

  • Support in documentation

  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
