Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualification Criteria: FCA (Course Completed)/B.Com (Accounting)/M.Com (Accounting) from any Public University.
∎ Institution: Any Govt. Public University / Organization (DU/CU/RU/BUP preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for budgetary planning and control,cost management and financial feasibility analysis internal finance,audit and accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports in an MD setting.
∎ Accountable for overall management of internal finance,audit and accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports in an MD.
∎ Implement rules & regulations among employees regarding financial Matters
∎ Prepare monthly financial statement.
∎ Work with external auditors,financial institutions and consultants to co-ordinate audits,tax/legal compliance etc.RJSC for company matter.
∎ Provide periodic financial reports/recorts,designing and preparing a set of comprehensive budget and budgetary control system.
∎ Controlling income,cash flow and expenditure.
∎ Manage the production of annual budgets and forecast.
∎ Manage departmental staff and maintain liaison with other colleagues.
∎ Ensure managing office accounts efficiently.
∎ VAST knowledge in the area of company matter with BSEC,RJSC & NBR will be treated as
