Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Undergraduate from a reputed university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or relevant discipline.
∎ Qualified Professionals from ICSB, ICAB, ICAEW, ACCA, ICMAB, CFA will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flow Projections
∎ Treasury management
∎ Oversee asset liability management and fund management program for the FI
∎ Develop and expand financial strategy, record keeping and reporting system
∎ Review the institution's financial conditions, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for cost effective operation.
∎ Performance measurement, reporting and decision making
∎ Compliance management (Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, NBR, Financial Loan Court, RJSC)
∎ Convening and managing all meetings, recording and managing meeting minutes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, decision makers and reporting authorities
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years work experience of which at least 5 years in any reputed bank or financial institutions' finance and company secretarial functions. Preference will be given to candidates working as CFO, Deputy CFO, Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary in any reputed bank or financial institution.
∎ Should have commendable computer skills and prior experience working with tools such as T24, Oracle EBS, SAP, Bank Ultimus, Microsoft office etc.
∎ Must be well conversant with Bangladesh Bank circulars relevant for NBFIs, BASEL Accords, Financial Institutions Act, Income Tax Ordinance and other relevant laws.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and language proficiency (both English & Bengali).
