Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement effective business plans and strategies related to export for each market of the respective country to build a strong position and ensure adherence to all product requirements.
∎ Coordinate with the Marketing Department in development & execution of marketing plans & activities.
∎ Explore new market and find out the business potentiality of different SKUs in international market.
∎ Find out proper channels for product outsourcing and ensure that products are supplied as per the requirement of the customers in time.
∎ Plan and organize in participation in international trade fairs and other activation programs in different countries to represent company and create brand image.
∎ Monitor and ensure that all the export activities are performed by maintaining proper compliance, rules and regulations set by EPB.
∎ Oversee the costing and P/L to ensure profit maximization.
∎ Develop, apply and monitor export and distribution budgets in relation to achieve targeted profits, market share, and overall directions.
∎ Supervise price management (consumer price, trade margins, cost/price analysis), as well as investigate cost reduction measures to enhance product performance.
∎ Achieve the best positioning for different products to maintain the most profitable product mix.
∎ Supervise the planning & implementation of the promotional activities in coordination with Marketing to increase the company’s exports and support the company products’ position in the market.
∎ Participate in defining the sales channels, targeted customers, coverage objective, and the sales mix in each market.
∎ Establish a positive and constructive business relationship with the agent/distributor in each market of respective country to achieve company strategies.
∎ Handle shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of export procedures.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organization related to export documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
∎ Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxation
∎ Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
∎ Ability to influence others to buy goods or services, or negotiate for the benefit of the organization.
