Responsibilities & Context:
আগত রোগী ও দর্শনার্থীদের যথাযথভাবে স্বাগত জানানো ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান।
রোগী নিবন্ধন, টোকেন ও বিল সংক্রান্ত কাজ সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করা।
ফোন কল রিসিভ করে সঠিক বিভাগ বা ডাক্তারের কাছে সংযোগ দেওয়া।
দৈনিক রোগীর তথ্য ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা।
হাসপাতালের সেবা সম্পর্কে রোগীদের ভদ্র ও সহানুভূতিপূর্ণভাবে গাইড করা।
রিসেপশন এরিয়া পরিচ্ছন্ন ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখা।
