Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) from any reputed national university or institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in charge of the running and management of each centre.
∎ In charge of implementing all community based activities of the project at grassroots level as per the project.
∎ Will manage and play an active role in the different grassroots level different survey/ workshops/trainings for potential, prospective and outgoing migrants as well as for returnees and family members, especially for women.
∎ Different actions will be taken to inform the women migrant's communities about safe migration and risks and hazards of irregular migration.
∎ Assist the migrant communities through counseling at the MISCs level.
∎ Organize advocacy activities at District and Upazila level.
∎ Assist to establish migration corners at the Union Digital Centers.
∎ Writing weekly, monthly and other progress reports and preparing cash projections.
∎ Maintain the liaison with local government and local administration.
∎ Networking with the others stakeholders & NGOs working in the development sector in the project areas.
∎ Overall responsible to manage and coordinate the pre-decision & courtyard meetings.
∎ Overall responsible for forming a Community Based Organization (CBO) and follow up.
∎ Any other activities or duties as assigned by the project management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in the field level.
∎ Working experience in reporting and monitoring field and at least one year experience in migration sector.
∎ Excellent knowledge on computer operating system.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Willing to work in a team.

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
