Educational Requirements:
∎ BSS /MSS in Social Science / Equivalent from any recognized University /Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: Munshigonj District with frequent field visits
∎ Report to: Project Officer, WARBE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in charge of the running and management of centre.
∎ In charge of implementing all community based activities of the project at grassroots level as per the project.
∎ Will manage and play an active role in the different grassroots level different survey/ workshops/trainings for potential, prospective and outgoing migrants as well as for returnees and family members, especially for women.
∎ Different actions will be taken to inform the migrant's communities about safe migration and risks and hazards of irregular migration.
∎ Assist the migrant communities through counseling at the MISCs level.
∎ Organize advocacy activities at District and Upazila level.
∎ Writing weekly, monthly and other progress reports and preparing cash projections.
∎ Maintain the liaison with local government and local administration.
∎ Networking with the others stakeholders & NGOs working in the development sector in the project areas.
∎ Overall responsible for forming a Grievance Management Committee (GMC) and follow up.
∎ Any other activities or duties as assigned by the project management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work within a team.
∎ Excellent Networking capacity.
∎ Good competency of using MS office.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in development field including project implementation.
∎ Experience in working with safe migration will be considered as an added value.

Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
