- At least three years’ experience in project management, community development, or related fields, preferably in GBV prevention programs.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.

- Demonstrated understanding of gender issues, GBV prevention strategies, and psychosocial support mechanisms.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies, reporting requirements, and donor compliance standards.

Responsibilities & Context: Bhashan char Noakhali
The Center Coordinator's responsibility entails understanding the project objectives, targets, and their alignment with the organization's overarching purpose, culture, and ethos, ensuring adherence to all principles to achieve them. Additionally, He/she must possess comprehensive knowledge of the rights of women, men, children, persons with disabilities, and the Rohingya community across various domains, including access to and management of natural resources. Demonstrating empathy towards marginalized groups and a commitment to eliminating all forms of marginalization, they should provide sincere cooperation to facilitate the successful implementation of projects with integrity and warmth.
This position reports to the Deputy Program Manager, works closely with the Handicraft Trainer and MHPSS Specialist and is under the overall oversight of the Program Manager in Cox’s Bazar.
Job Description & Responsibility :
- Lead the project team and develop monthly work plans to meet targets.·
- Provide relevant information for decision-making to higher management.
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings with all project staff.
- Supervise project staff activities and conduct regular visits to monitor program implementation.
- Maintain coordination with government service providers, NGOs, UNFPA, and Mukti Cox’s Bazar senior management.
- Participate in Protection sector meetings and Monthly CIC Coordination meetings.
- Orient team members about the project objectives.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities among staff, ensuring effective supervision.
- Support team members in skill development for program implementation.
- Adhere to human resource management principles and ensure staff well-being.
- Monitor field activities and workers' duties.
- Support workers in achieving their targets.
- Facilitate visits by donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting according to guidelines.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and logistics indent.
- Maintain good relations and advocate for project beneficiaries with local administration, government, and non-government organizations.
- Use print and electronic media for project publicity and community involvement.
- Assist in developing localized advocacy and communication tools.
- Regularly follow up on project activities and monitor progress.
- Undertake any other tasks required by management.
- Safeguarding and PSEA: To meet the program's objectives for safeguarding and PSEA implementation, make sure team members are protected from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. serve as a major resource for help, direction, and knowledge on safeguarding for developing a safe workplace. To ensure that safeguarding standards are used in every course of action, team members should practice, advocate, and embrace safeguarding policy concerns.
Responsibilities are confined to project working areas.·
- Approximately 80% of working time should be spent in the field for project implementation.·
- Required to perform duties in any disaster or emergency as directed.·
- Normal working hours are six days a week, eight hours a day, with Friday as the weekly holiday.·
- Additional work beyond regular hours may be necessary for project goals within labor law limits.·
- May undertake additional responsibilities as requested by the authority within the organization's mission and vision.
