∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Vocational Training on CS/EE/IT with training on IT applications gets more preference.
∎ Experience in the desired position will get more preference.
∎ Have to perform shifting duty including Night shift.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The CCTV Surveillance Operator's main duty is to monitor the CCTV Surveillance System, report, and follow the job responsibilities assigned by the authority.
∎ Operating and monitoring all surveillance security Cameras within the Control Centre in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
∎ Notifying the authorized person immediately of any unusual occurrence, breach of security, regulation, or emergency situation.
∎ Maintaining logs of security incidents and making sure they are reported to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Strictly maintaining control room norms, protocols, and privacy of the resultant output footage.
∎ Ensuring the CCTV system is fully functioning, and if any issue is found, informing the concerned Dept.
∎ Communicating immediately with the authority and other security personnel when crimes are committed.
∎ Coordinating with the IT Dept for the smooth functioning of the surveillance CCTVs and the entire system.
∎ Coordinating with the surveillance equipment vendors for installation, maintenance, and support.
∎ Working under pressure and as a quick learner.
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the superior management.
