Job Responsibilities 

• To operate and monitor all CCTV surveillance systems within the Control Centre efficiently, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements and best practices.
• To report immediately to authorized personnel regarding any unusual activities, security breaches, policy violations, or emergency situations.
• To maintain accurate logs and records of all security-related incidents and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
• To uphold control room protocols, ensuring strict confidentiality, data privacy, and secure handling of all surveillance footage.
• To conduct routine checks to verify that all CCTV systems and related equipment are functioning properly, and promptly report any issues to the concerned department.
• To communicate swiftly with authorities and security teams in the event of suspicious activity, offenses, or confirmed criminal incidents.
• To coordinate with the IT Department to ensure the smooth operation, connectivity and reliability of all surveillance systems.
• To liaise with equipment vendors regarding installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for surveillance hardware and software.
• To work effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong situational awareness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
• To perform additional duties as assigned by management or authorized personnel.
