∎ Strong understanding of script-based casting and talent suitability for different product categories.
∎ Deep network of Bangladeshi social media influencers, film industry models, and branded content creators.
∎ Expertise in video production techniques, directing talent, and delivering high-quality branded content.
∎ Experience in budgeting, contract negotiations, and project management.
∎ Strong creative vision, leadership skills, and ability to deliver engaging video content.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Talent Selection & Casting – Choose models/influencers based on product relevance and script requirements.
∎ Influencer & Model Network – Leverage a vast pool of Bangladeshi social media and film industry talents.
∎ Script-Based Casting – Ensure selected models align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
∎ Video Production & Direction – Oversee high-quality video shoots, ensuring engaging and professional output.
∎ Budget & Contract Management – Negotiate and manage casting budgets, contracts, and influencer deals.
∎ Post-Production Supervision – Work with editors to refine and finalize promotional videos for maximum impact.
∎ We are seeking a Casting Director to oversee talent selection, script-based casting decisions, and high-quality video execution for product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry, expertise in influencer collaborations, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling through video.
