Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect money from cash counters and deposit to Accountant
∎ Collecting retail money & depositing cash to nominated bank
∎ Provide retail money to Sales Associates and check POS cash daily
∎ Collect leave applications, check leave balance and maintain leave register for Staffs'
∎ Verify foreign currency forms, maintain them and check foreign currency
∎ Calculate the total transaction through card sales and match with the card sales slip
∎ Send booking, manual books to the counter collect them along with money and submit it to Accountant
∎ Prepare and maintain credit vouchers and reconcile them if required. Collect statements and submit to Manager for authorization
∎ Prepare monthly product transaction among Aarong Outlets, CS and warehouse and submit them to Accountants
∎ Check all kinds of bills and give them to Accountant along with related papers for payment
∎ AGV (Aarong Gift Voucher) Credit notes collect from Accountant & transfer to Sales Associates
∎ In absence of Accountant, cashier does all accounts related activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience in POS
∎ Knowledge on Basic Accounting, Standard & Professional Customer service
∎ Should have Strong skill on effective communication(both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have Basic English proficiency
