∎ Proven experience in facilitating training/group counseling session.
∎ Ability to engage with local and refugee communities.
∎ An influential communicator, with written and verbal skills in Bangla and Local Language (Preferred) For camp level stakeholder communication purposes. Committed to work following organizational objectives, values, principles and policies.
∎ Have good knowledge on safeguarding related policies, GBV, Child protection policy and other relevant policy.
∎ Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the safe spaces for women and girls
∎ As GBV Case Worker, she will be responsible for overseeing all gender-based violence (GBV) case management and ensure maintaining confidentiality and data protection policy as per standard.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential case records, adhering to all data protection and confidentiality protocols.
∎ Maintain all cases filing in locked cabinet system.
∎ Assessment of survivor needs, developing an action plan, implementing the plan, follow up and case closure processes in line with the GBV case management standard operating procedure.
∎ Ensure regular data input in GBVIMS system.
∎ Ensure collaborative plan for regular case management supervision process with GBV case management supervisor.
∎ Support awareness raising programs on GBV social mobilization and other event celebrations within protection program if required.
∎ Develop and implement individualized safety plans with survivors, considering their specific circumstances and risk levels.

∎ services such as healthcare, shelter, and legal assistance etc.
∎ About Role:
∎ The Case Worker plays a crucial role in providing direct support and assistance to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). This position requires a high level of empathy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity. The Case Worker will work closely with survivors to assess their needs, develop safety plans, and connect them with appropriate services.
