Job Context:
∎ Project: Assistance to Vulnerable Migrants and Counter Trafficking (AVMCT)
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ Reported to: Project Manager
∎ Employment Status: Full Time
∎ Job Location: Ukhia Camp / Teknaf / Moheshkhali/ Cox`s Bazar Sadar
∎ Posting: Immediate Basis
∎ The Case Worker will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project`s activities and tasks assigned to attain goals and objectives of the AVMCT project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit assigned Rohingya Camps and Host communities in intervention areas to search the Victim of Trafficking.
∎ Complete need assessment of the identified VoTs.
∎ Prepare and preserve documents for VoT case management such as rapid screening form, interview screening form, case records, case note and other related documents in hard and soft copy according to ethical and safety standards.
∎ Assist to provide emergency support to VoT (medical and others as required)
∎ Response immediately to need of any VoT in the refugee camp extension and host communities under Teknaf Upazila.
∎ Assist to provide reintegration support to the VoT
∎ Follow up the VoTs regular basis and reporting accordingly
∎ Maintain communication with site management, Protection actors and appropriate authority in the refugee camp, local government, police station and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Develop and maintain network for referral service with appropriate service providers and organizations.
∎ Follow and comply with the referral mechanism of BNWLA to assist VoTs
∎ Represent organization in different meeting/seminar/forum is asked for
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report.
∎ Conduct any other activities required by the management of BNWLA.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
