Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2 years of job experience in the development field, along with relevant experience, especially in the Counter Trafficking program.
∎ Ability to communicate in local (Chittagong dialect) and Rohingya dialect.
∎ Written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel. PowerPoint and typing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to implement the level activities of the AVMCT project, ensuring specific project activities are achieved as stated in the project description format and the agreement with IOM Bangladesh, consistent with BNWLA management guidelines and administrative and financial rules in practice.
∎ Visit assigned Rohingya camps and host communities in intervention areas to search for the victims of trafficking.·
∎ Complete a needs assessment of the identified VoTs to provide livelihood support.
∎ Prepare and preserve documents for VoTs case management, such as rapid screening form, interview screening form, case records, case notes, and other related documents in hard and soft copy according to ethical and safety standards.
∎ Assist in providing emergency support to VoTs (medical and others as required).
∎ Respond immediately to the needs of any VoTs in the refugee camp and host communities under Teknaf Upazila.
∎ Assist in providing reintegration support to the VoTs.
∎ Follow up on the VOTs regularly and report to the Case Management Coordinator accordingly.
∎ Maintain communication with the CIC office, site management, Protection actors, and the appropriate authority in the refugee camp, local government, police station, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Develop and maintain a network for referral services with appropriate service providers and organizations in the camp and host communities.
∎ Follow and comply with the referral mechanism of BNWLA to assist VoTs.
∎ Represent the organization in different meetings/seminars/forums if necessary.
∎ Prepare individuals’ weekly and monthly reports and provide support to the other staff.
∎ Conduct any other task assigned by management.
