Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Interview will be conducted on rolling on basis.
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
∎ At least 1 year relevant work experience. Must be willing and able to travel in camp location five days in a week.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Document and provide professional psychosocial and confidential services to survivors of GBV, grounded in IASC Guideline on, survivor-centered case management approach.
∎ Facilitate access by sexual assault survivors’ access to clinical care at the nearest facility
∎ Ethically and confidentially document client information through accurate filling of intake forms and ensure confidential and safe storage
∎ Support the maintenance of the IASC case management system by maintaining client confidentiality
∎ Regularly update the GBVIMS data base with information collected in the intake forms during case assessment and action plan
∎ Make timely consent based interagency referrals for survivors in need of other services and follow-up
∎ Participate in the interagency case review meetings as need be Follow-up with service providers, community-based support groups and the survivors themselves to ensure GBV survivors receive timely support
∎ Coordinate discrete home visits by the outreach volunteers that minimize potential risks to survivors and the involved staff in consultation with the response officer
∎ Strengthen and maintain networks with community leaders, women leaders, service providers and camp management to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support from the community
∎ Participate in psychosocial assessment of women registering for women center activities and support the women empowerment supervisor to run group therapy and psycho education activities at the women center
∎ Provide ongoing couching and mentorship to outreach volunteers supporting prevention and response work. Identify and build the capacity of community-based groups to provide ongoing psychosocial support to GBV survivors to facilitate their long-term recovery
∎ Participate in capacity building of other service providers and community-based structures to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support
∎ Participate in interpretation of the analyzed data on GBV reporting trends to inform intervention areas Participate in the development of case management monitoring systems and ensure consistent use and application
∎ Participate in preparation of relevant reports regarding case management services
