Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
∎ Assist with structural design, planning, layout, and carry out installation.
∎ Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
∎ Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
∎ Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
∎ Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
∎ Provide excellent customer service.
∎ Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years of experience in carpenter job.
∎ Physically fit and good hand-eye coordination.
∎ Ability to ensure security of guest room access and hotel property.
∎ Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
∎ Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
