• Teaching / training experience in caregiving — mandatory.

• Practical caregiving or patient support experience in hospitals, elderly homes, or home-care facilities.

• Must have strong knowledge of patient handling, hygiene, mobility support, and emergency care.

• Good communication, patience, empathy, and classroom management skills.

• Ability to prepare lesson plans and conduct competency-based practical training.

• Conduct both theory and practical training sessions on:

  • Patient hygiene & grooming

  • Elderly care

  • Mobility support & safe transfer techniques

  • Basic health monitoring (pulse, temperature, respiration)

  • Infection prevention & safety

  • Emergency handling

• Develop lesson plans following CBT&A methodology (if applicable).

• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain caregiving equipment and ensure a safe training environment.

• Ensure training quality meets institutional standards.
