- Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.

- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
- Should have good convincing skill.
Responsibilities & Context: - We are looking for the right person to join our Call Centre team as a Call Center Operator.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Have to Monitor Vehicles & follow-up.
- Have to communicating with drivers.
- Coordinate with marketing team.
- Handle critical customers with effective.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-center database
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
