Additional Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
  2. Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
  3. Proficiency in problem-solving
  4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  5. Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
  6. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
  7. Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
  8. Should have good convincing skill.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. We are looking for the right person to join our Call Centre team as a Call Center Operator.
  2. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  3. Have to Monitor Vehicles & follow-up.
  4. Have to communicating with drivers.
  5. Coordinate with marketing team.
  6. Handle critical customers with effective.
  7. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  8. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  9. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  10. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  11. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-center database
  13. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  14. Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
