Responsibilities & Context:
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers

  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company`s new products Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services

  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer complaints via call. Create a new order and provide to packaging team.

  • Daily order confirmation through outbound calls.

  • Use outbound calls to reach out to customers and verify orders.

  • Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.

  • Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader.

  • Daily report to Team Leader. Act as the company gatekeeper.

  • Collecting positive reviews from customers. Daily drop call back Walk in support(Optional)
