Experience:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company`s new products Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints via call. Create a new order and provide to packaging team.
Daily order confirmation through outbound calls.
Use outbound calls to reach out to customers and verify orders.
Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.
Handle situations in the absence of a Team Leader.
Daily report to Team Leader. Act as the company gatekeeper.
Collecting positive reviews from customers. Daily drop call back Walk in support(Optional)
Office time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
