Duties & Responsibilities
Answer Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Client Support: Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about wellness services.
Appointment Booking: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and update the database.
Follow-up: Reach out to clients for reminders, feedback, or service updates.
Customer Care: Ensure a positive and empathetic client experience at all times.
