Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ a. Able to carry out planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing business intervention of the project.
∎ b. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain coordinate with project team.
∎ c. Good facilitation and presentation skills.
∎ d. Able to work in team and lead team.
∎ e. Good reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English.
∎ f. Having good understanding on business development, marketing and business record keeping for project beneficiaries including budgeting, planning and financial management.
∎ g. Able to work with vulnerable and marginal community.
∎ h. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.
∎ i. Have good computer knowledge on – Typing both Bengali and English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
∎ j. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in livelihood, food security or business development under any development organizations.
