Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops a sales strategy and develops a business plan for the organization such that it maximizes profits.
∎ Should provide feedback to superior authorities on a regular basis.
∎ Research on the market and the competitors & initiate new marketing techniques.
∎ Report work place details to the top management accordingly.
∎ Keeping the top management updated about the happenings of the work place.
∎ Hand over works to executives accordingly for effective result oriented results
∎ Motivate the team in order to delegate all the tasks within minimum time for effective team work.
∎ Doing best planning for the whole year of marketing activities that has a direct effect to Company’s products and services in order make a better promotion.
∎ Overall in charge in making right decisions towards all that matters with marketing plan of the division.
∎ Do reporting to the top management of the Company about marketing plans before it will be executed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Buying house
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing English
