Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuously Drive to Achieve the Set Business Target within the Deadline
∎ Prepare Segment wise Daily Visit Plans and Conduct Regular Visits as Per Plans
∎ Evaluate the Business Performance Routine Basis
∎ Ensure Daily Visits to the Prospects, Clients or Patients and Update Management Accordingly
∎ Develop and Update Patient Database as well as Maintain Patient Pool Rigorously
∎ Continuously Drive to Convert the Potential Leads into the Successful Clients
∎ Brief the Patients in Detail about Medical Procedures, Costs, and Post-treatment Care as required
∎ Collect Necessary Documents from Patients and Submit the Same for Operational Processing
∎ Ensure Mass Awareness about Turkishdoc Services by Expediting Door to Door Marketing
∎ Develop Relationships Marketing and Ensure Quality Customer Services to the Patients
∎ Conduct Follow-up Visits as when Required and Provide Authentic Information to the Clients about Turkishdoc Healthcare Services
∎ Input the Patient Leads in CRM Software and Input the Daily Activities in Bitrix Properly.
∎ Arrange CME and Participate in Health EXPOs as per Advice of the Management.
∎ Coordinate Travel Arrangements, Medical Appointments, and Accommodations as Required for the Patients
∎ Submit the Necessary Reports to the Management as Required Time to Time
