∎ Master of Business Administration from Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
∎ Analyze market data to develop strategies for targeting and approaching potential clients.
∎ Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
∎ Qualify leads based on the company's target criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions and services.
∎ Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
∎ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Prepare and present proposals that outline the company's offerings, benefits, and solutions to address client needs.
∎ Customize proposals to align with specific client requirements and industry trends.
∎ Networking and Partnership Building:
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and create potential partnerships.
∎ Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
∎ Strategic Planning:
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop business development strategies and set goals for revenue growth and market expansion.
∎ Identify new market segments and niches to target.
∎ Pipeline Management:
∎ Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients and track the progress of leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
∎ Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage and organize client information.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to provide insights into business development activities and outcomes.
∎ Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and overall company objectives.
∎ Provide input on product/service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the field of business development.
∎ Depending on the industry and company, business development specialists/managers may need to travel to meet with clients, attend events, or explore new markets.
