∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Business Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home/Auto Loan within assigned territory.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers
∎ Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.
∎ Achieve set targets in terms of asset and liability.
∎ Creating extraordinary customer service experience and achieve set targets.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to write and speak moderate English and fluent Bangla
∎ Experience working in Sales/Marketing, Business Development at any Bank or NBFI.
∎ Basic Microsoft Office skills.
