• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years in a product management, inventory, or operations role

• Software Skills:

• Inventory Management Software (ERP preferred)

• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level)

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and business partners

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Build strong relationships with dealers both inside and outside Dhaka

• Monitor the Product Management Department and resolve product-related issues

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and client-focused project outlines

• Visit outside Dhaka when required for market visits and client engagement

• Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation

• Plan and execute product promotions and sales strategies

• Maintain accurate client data and update CRM systems

• Provide insights through market intelligence and competitor analysis

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and strategy implementation
