- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is a plus.

Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in both accounts and HR roles, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong command over accounting software & HR management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead a team efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
Maintain and monitor petty cash and overall company cash handling.
Payroll Management and salary sheet Maintain.
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Regularly verify inventory and update ERP software.
Responsible for managing the store alongside accounts.
Prepare and review bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
Handle daily banking transactions.
Additional responsibilities will be discussed after appointment.
