Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for ARITS Limited in both foreign and local target markets. This candidate needs to be focused and have strong communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities.
∎ Excellent understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram and Snapchat as marketing platforms.
∎ Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies including Facebook Posting, Boosting, SEO/SEM/PPC, Social Media and Web advert, Google Ranking Any Website, Email Marketing, Facebook Pixel.
∎ Good Graphics Design Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, Video editing.
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web Analytics tools.
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
∎ Construct sales pitches, presentations and negotiate prices for sales.
∎ Generating direct leads through different sources.
∎ Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Understanding Business Requirement Specifications
∎ Preparing Formal Proposal/Tender documents for clients.
∎ Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately and reporting to the supervisor.
∎ Think critically when planning to assure project success.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Self motivated, focused, dynamic and goal-oriented
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Must Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in Software Business Development experience
∎ Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
