Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the full range of services and capabilities to existing and prospective clients and partners
∎ Establish and develop high-level relationships, with donor and partner organisations
∎ Meet or exceed individual fund-raising and revenue targets for each year
∎ Contribute to the preparation, writing, editing, review, management and timely submission of technical and cost proposals, liaising with program team and the client
∎ Convert leads generated by direct marketing campaigns, donor intelligence and other sources into project proposals and awards
∎ Produce promotional and marketing collateral for donor/partner outreach as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing skills are required. Experience in development communication and proposal development is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
