∎ Technomagic is one of the leading animation studio and XR solutions provider(VR,AR, MR and interactive technologies) in Bangladesh. We produce some of the best 3D animation movies, VFX, game development, and software solutions. Our team specializes in working with next generation technologies such as Augmented reality and Virtual reality games and solutions.
∎ As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of TechnoMagic Pvt. Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Research: Identify industry trends and opportunities.
∎ Client Acquisition: Establish and nurture client relationships.
∎ Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and pitches.
∎ Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements.
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth-oriented strategies.
∎ Project management: Collaborate with other teams and set deadlines for successful project delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3+ years of experience in related field (Experience in advertising agency is a good to have)
∎ Proven experience in business development within the game development, animation production, or XR industries.
∎ Strong understanding of the gaming, animation, and XR markets, with a passion for emerging technologies.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
∎ Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
∎ Analytical and strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
∎ Freshers can apply for junior business development position.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
