∎ Bachelor/ Diploma in Multimedia Technology or Creative Arts
∎ Educational background may be relaxed based on experience and portfolio.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on all facets of 3D pipeline on multiple projects with tight deadlines, includes modeling, texturing, rigging, skinning, animating, lighting, render management and compositing
∎ Create Model(characters/creatures/dresses), texture, and light real-time assets based on concept design or photographic reference for games or animation movies
∎ The ability to create both organic and hard surface 3D models.
∎ Work closely with concept artists and designers to provide in-game assets (3D and or UI
∎ elements) to the specifications of the project.
∎ Inspire and support team members, accept personal responsibility for the project deliverables.
∎ Monitor deliverable progress, manage assigned scope and requested changes, meet commitments, follow up and be on time.
∎ Desirable:
∎ A 3D Modeler should sculpt high-poly 3D characters and objects, create low-poly 3D characters and objects, create textures for 3D assets using Photoshop or Substance Painter
∎ A strong 3D Generalist with a solid understanding of all facets of 3D development
∎ Ability to create a variety of 3D styles from realistic to stylized
∎ Ability to produce high quality renders in V-RAY, Arnold or Unreal or other industry standard renderers
∎ Excellent Lighting, Rendering and compositing skills
∎ Unity 3D/ Unreal: Knowledge of asset management and basic architecture for importing user created content; 3D models, textures
∎ Ability to conceptualize design story board is an added advantage.
∎ 2D (concept, illustration, texturing, UI design) is a plus.
∎ Excellent 2D drawing and painting skill is a plus.
∎ Rigging experience is a plus
∎ Training from an art school or training in 3D/2D animation program is a plus.
∎ Programming and action scripting knowledge related to 3D and interactive media is a plus.
∎ Presentable and sensibility in design and aesthetics of art will be advantages to candidates.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 2 to 5 year(s).Freshers with proven skills can also apply as Jr. 3DArtist
∎ At least 2 year working experience as a 3D Artist.
∎ Preferred tool knowledge:
∎ Autodesk Maya
∎ Adobe Photoshop
∎ Adobe After Effects
∎ Zbrush/ Substance painter
∎ Unreal/Unity Engine
∎ Portfolio should show quality, taste, and the ability to hit a photorealistic/ believable look.
∎ Knowledge of the human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language and proportions in
∎ character concepts in order to express character emotions through movement.
∎ Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and able to easily take constructive feedback.
∎ Essential Skills:
∎ Proficiency with industry software tools & pipelines (3ds max/ Maya, Zbrush/ substance painter, Photoshop, etc.).
∎ Self-driven, excellent verbal and written communication, Team player.
∎ Skills with product visualization is a plus
∎ Strong organizational and file management skills.
∎ Experience with unreal engine is a plus
∎ Concept art and 2D skills is a plus
