Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and Participate in Govt. / Non-Govt tender related matters
∎ Expand Business horizontally & vertically and Identify opportunities for client growth Planning
∎ Develop Growth Strategy & Plan for the Company
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for local market
∎ Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
∎ Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
∎ Identify & Mapping business strengths and customer need
∎ Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years+ proven record in the Govt./Non-Govt. tender preparation and submission
∎ Well-versed in MS Office
∎ Extensive knowledge of Software development life cycle and infrastructure
∎ Convergent in Data Analytics & Data Analysis
∎ Knowledge about Supply Chain, Brand & Communication
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
