Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Online Marketing, Retail sales software, Software Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearhead the creation and development of sales strategy and make sure that it aligns with its objects.
∎ BDM must have a good source/client base for software and hardware sales.
∎ Must have a sound knowledge of Tendering. And also have a good professional communication with e-Govt sector.
∎ Keep a high level of professional relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Design and execute the various aspect of the sales process implemented by the company.
∎ Come up with creative ideas that can boost the company's sales flow and increase revenue generation.
∎ Work with entire sales personnel and ensure the relationship between company and consumer.
∎ Analyze the competitors and find key areas where the company can leave the competition behind and forge ahead.
∎ Track the performance of Sales Personnel to keep them on their toe.
∎ Maintain proper KPI to develop sales team and bring maximum profit for the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven Experience of at least 8-10 years in Software Sales.
∎ Strong Communication Skills.
∎ Analytical Skill and must have good negotiating skills.
∎ Awareness of all the latest, high-end technology and making sure that the company doesn't lag behind the competition.
∎ Must have experience in OEM Sales.
Salary: Negotiable
