Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / Media Studies / Management or relevant field.
Must have existing client leads, proven portfolio of previous clients/projects, and strong network in the marketing community.
Strong experience in pitch development, budgeting, presentation, negotiation & closing deals.
Age: 28–40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Must have strong personal network with brands, marketing managers, vendors, and industry partners.
Must bring active and verifiable client leads from relevant industries.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive monthly targets.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch confidently to top-level management.
Must be proactive, strategic, and highly business-focused.
Ability to develop business proposals independently without supervision.
Must have hands-on experience with ATL/BTL/TTL campaign planning & budgeting.
Ability to coordinate with Creative, Production, Digital & Client Service teams efficiently.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and marketing funnels.
Excellent command of both Bangla & English (spoken & written).
Must be capable of multitasking and handling multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Should maintain a positive attitude, leadership mindset, and problem-solving approach.
Must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, vendor visits, and industry networking events.
Experience with retainer-based sales and long-term client relationship management preferred.
Must be ethical, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Marketers 360 Degree is a growing full-service advertising & media agency working across ATL, BTL, TTL, Digital Marketing, Brand Communication, TVC/OVC Production, and Event Management.
We are looking for an experienced, well-connected, and strategic Business Development Manager who understands the advertising, media & creative market in-depth and can directly contribute to the company’s growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute short-term & long-term business development strategies for agency growth.
Identify new clients, new markets, and new business opportunities across ATL/BTL/TTL/Digital/Production sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with direct clients, brand managers, marketing heads & key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets set by management.
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management
Bring in new clients from personal network and market connections.
Manage existing clients and secure additional projects/retainer packages.
Prepare winning pitches, proposals, budgets, and presentations.
Ensure high-quality client servicing and strategic consultancy.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and coordinate Creative, Digital, Production, Client Service, and Sales teams.
Reform and restructure the sales & client service teams when necessary.
Conduct regular grooming, brainstorming, and performance review meetings.
Inspire and motivate team members to meet targets.
Market Knowledge & Communication
Deep understanding of advertising agency market, industry pricing, competitive landscape, and upcoming trends.
Maintain communication with vendors, freelancers, media houses, event suppliers, printing vendors, and production partners.
