Knowledge of land valuation, zoning laws, and due diligence.
Understanding of market analysis, project feasibility, and financial modeling.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinking and analytical decision-making.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals or projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in land acquisition and development.
Source potential land for purchase, lease, or joint venture opportunities.
Negotiate land acquisition to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, government agencies, planners, surveyors, and local authorities.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of land transactions.
Monitor and report on ROI for land projects and business development initiatives.
Ensure all land transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s land portfolio and market presence.
Monitor changes in land use laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies affecting the business.
Identify and mitigate potential business risks in land investments or developments.
