• Knowledge of land valuation, zoning laws, and due diligence.

• Understanding of market analysis, project feasibility, and financial modeling.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Strategic thinking and analytical decision-making.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals or projects.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in land acquisition and development.

• Source potential land for purchase, lease, or joint venture opportunities.

• Negotiate land acquisition to ensure favorable terms for the company.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, government agencies, planners, surveyors, and local authorities.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of land transactions.

• Monitor and report on ROI for land projects and business development initiatives.

• Ensure all land transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s land portfolio and market presence.

• Monitor changes in land use laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies affecting the business.

• Identify and mitigate potential business risks in land investments or developments.
