Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate preferably MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Map the RMG factories based on size, practices and location and develop factory engagement plan for Health Insurance Scheme;
∎ Conduct regular visit garments factory and share GK health insurance among the factory owners and management;
∎ Liaison with factory representatives in regular basis through email, phone call or personal visit and share the recent development;
∎ Negotiation with factory for enrollment in GK's Health Insurance Scheme for their workers
∎ Collect data from the factory and analysis return on investment for the factory by implementing health insurance scheme;
∎ Prepare report and submit to top management in monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Communicate with trade unions, BGMEA/BKMEA, brands/buyers and present the health insurance scheme and build their interest to join the initiative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidate must have good command on computer literacy MS word, Excel
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
∎ The candidate have in depth knowledge on Bangladesh labor law and garments compliance
∎ At least 5 years working experience in the following area Marketing in Insurance company
∎ HR/Compliance/CSR in RMG factory
∎ Compliance/ CSR with Brands & Buyers
