∎ Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person should be responsible for overseas business to overseas markets
∎ Tie ups with corporate, government bodies, doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, healthcare facilitators and other persons involved with patient care.
∎ Meet and greet patients
∎ Ensure response time of less than 24 hours for queries
∎ Plan and execute monthly activity calendar
∎ Regular follow ups
∎ Content for promotion (Brochures, Video testimonials, Corporate Gifts etc.)
∎ Business tracking
∎ Generating business through active engagements with existing partners and appoint new partners.
∎ S/he should know how to make local tie-ups with travel agents, hospitals, hotels, money exchanger, visa office etc.
∎ Arranging OPD camps.
∎ Co-ordinate and support meetings including sending invites, booking, organizing, collating agendas, accurately record meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
∎ Prepare promotional materials, online marketing campaign, and use social media to generate queries.
∎ Develop Medical packages for foreign patients in consultation with partner hospitals.
∎ Identify and contact potential overseas referral partners in hospitals, doctors and insurance agencies.
∎ Participate and represent the company in medical tourism fairs, conferences.
∎ Identifying new markets and focus on getting patients from there.
∎ Coordination with hospitals, doctors, agents and business development team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Experience: At least 5 years' proven experience as a medical tourism senior executive or manager
∎ Required Candidate profile:
∎ Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Innovative, flexible & proactive
∎ Analytical
∎ Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
∎ Good resource management skills
∎ Must have excellent command in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to organize workload by priorities
