Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across the Bangladesh market. You’ll identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored fintech solutions that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in banking, insurance, and financial services
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our SaaS and API-based fintech products
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and partners
  • Lead client presentations, demos, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy
